Recently i bought one Nokia E72 cell phone. After purchasing Nokia E72, i configured email setup. Gmail and Yahoo has configured successfully but when i tried to setup my rediffmail account, it shows an error. Now my GPRS is working successfully but i'm not been able to download emails from any of the above mentioned account. I tried to delete the account but it shows "You must be connected to remove a mailbox"., thus not been able to either delete or modify it. whenever try to connect/ synchronize or send receive the mail, it ask to re-enter the password of all the mail setups. when i re-enter the password, it shows "Can not connect" massage. I also called my GSM service provider to find out the error. The customer care executive has guided me to complete the procedure, but it dint work. Now I need your help to re-configured my phone.
I tried to restore the factory settings, but the emails remain same. Thus still facing the same problem.
Please help me to sort out the issue.
